As I begin this photographic journey, I note how few photos there are of laden tables or holidays at the boards. Perhaps I so disliked eating with my family that I took no pictures? Perhaps no one thought to record these meals? We didn't have an easy to use camera. Ours was a Kodak with bellows and an awkward to use shape.
